Luxbond 5188 is a high-performance one-component neutral (alcohol-free) silicone sealant, which is cured by room humidity, and forms a flexible film after curing, with good cohesion, which can effectively relieve mechanical external force and material stress, and is suitable for bonding and sealing materials different coefficients of thermal expansion. This product is a thixotropic paste, which does not sag after application, and can be used for FIPG sealing process.
